The ActivStem Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to giving athletes with traumatic injuries a second chance at life. Whether it’s a traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, amputation, or other life-altering conditions, we provide advanced treatments like stem cell therapy and our cutting-edge AngioReGen therapy to help athletes recover faster and reclaim their athletic lives.

What Is AngioReGen Therapy?

AngioReGen therapy focuses on enhancing the body’s natural healing processes by promoting the regeneration of blood vessels and tissues. This therapy helps repair damage caused by trauma, allowing for faster recovery and more effective results. By stimulating blood flow and enhancing tissue regeneration, AngioReGen plays a crucial role in restoring athletes’ strength, flexibility, and overall function, helping them return to their passion for action sports sooner than deemed possible.

How We Help

Thanks to the heartfelt generosity of our donors, we are able to provide full grants that cover the cost of these cutting-edge procedures, giving injured athletes a real chance to rebuild their bodies and their dreams.

Applying for a Grant

Athletes who have experienced traumatic injuries and are seeking treatment to return to life as an athlete can apply for a grant through the ActivStem Foundation. These grants cover the cost of the full procedure, including stem cell therapy or AngioReGen treatment, ensuring that financial concerns don’t stand in the way of a second chance.

About ActivStem Foundation

Our Approach

At ActiveStem, we assess a patient’s injury and develop a tailored care plan to best address the underlying pathology. We strive to help patients achieve their maximum performance, enhance their recovery, and prolong their functional longevity.

We are happy to consult with patients regarding their injuries and develop a care plan that is tailored for their optimal recovery and function.

Fast and Accurate Results

Our core belief is that vascular damage is the start of injury. The body’s failure to regenerate the small blood vessels leads to an ischemic wound bed. During healing, repair of tissues or bone in this area lacking oxygen and nutrient rich blood causes scar formation by reducing macrophage recruitment, fibroblast deposition, stem cell migration, and decreasing laminin and elastin cross linking. Changing this microenvironment can improve healing towards normal, healthy tissue allowing patients to recover to their baseline functional status.

Some of which have a low percentage of returning to the activities they love, or even daily activities such as walking.
